In the event we ever waive compliance by our Directors, our Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer or Controller with the Code, we will disclose the waiver on our website.
As Chief Executive Officer of Airspan Networks, one of my most important duties is to help ensure that all our employees are operating in a safe, secure and ethical environment. The same must also be true for our partners. As key contributors to our success, your honest and open communication is critical in establishing and maintaining this environment.
