RMADuring regular operation of Airspan’s equipment, some units may become faulty. If the unit is under warranty (warranty definition), please follow the below detailed process to ensure the fastest turnaround time. Please test the unit to assure it is really faulty in order to avoid “No Fault Found (NFF)” charges: Testing the unit is basically trying to create a functioning link using the unit and informing where the unit failed. Please complete an RMA Request Form and return to your Regional RMA Center.
Within 24 hours you would get a reply with an assigned RMA number and the appropriate Regional RMA Center. Please remember:
You would be required to send the faulty unit back accompanied by a shipping invoice, once you have filled up the details in Red, please return it to Regional RMA Center for approval. An approval would be sent to you within 24 hours. Please ship the equipment according to instructions and send Regional RMA Center the tracking number and/or Airway Bill. You would be updated weekly on the status of your RMA by the Regional RMA Center. Once an item is repaired and/or replaced, a shipping invoice and tracking number would be sent to you so you could track the returned item and clear from customs. Please advise to the Regional RMA Center as soon as the equipment arrived in order for us to close the RMA.
