The iTONE system offers many additional applications, several of which run as part of the iTONE Softswitch, or alternatively for large networks can be run on stand-alone servers.
Web Self-Care (WSC)
The WSC user-friendly GUI allows the end user to manage his/her account from almost any computer with Internet access. Using iTONE’s Web Self-Care enables subscribers to activate and configure their advanced calling services. WSC is also used by the operator to provision subscribers and to build IP-Centrex services.
NAT Traversal
NAT traversal solution based on Session Border Control (SBC) technology which permits incoming VoIP calls to securely pass through firewalls and gives the ability to deliver VoIP over a network. The SBC automatically recognizes calls between VoIP endpoints and, after initial call setup, instructs the endpoints to send media directly.
IVR/ Announcer Server
The IVR (Interactive Voice Response) enables the system to provide information as recorded messages over telephone lines in response to user input in the form of spoken words. The IVR Server acts as an announcer and prompt server providing innovative features, such as Music on Hold, Music on Ring, Call Waiting Message, Wake Up Service. A user friendly GUI enables each company to build its own IVR scripts for applications such as Auto-Attendant.
