Mr. Ancikovsky has extensive experience in the Americas telecommunications market and managed large and complex deployments of government sponsored telecommunications projects in the region. Mr. Ancikovsky holds Master of Science in accounting and finance, a law degree, and a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and economics.
